African Radio Online was started by Mama Africa Productions -(For The People-The Music-The Culture-The Future). We started in 1999, by hosting club events, shows, bringing artists to the U.S., promoting businesses, managing artists,advertising, media and more. One of the purposes of Mama Africa is to give Africans an entertainment night life- so we started Club Mama Africa where people could go and have fun and mingle. "Some of us work 2 plus jobs, go to school and look after our elderly parents. That is all we think about sometimes because we have to take care of our kids, our family here and back home. Being African you have to make sure that you do what it takes to support yourself and family". You are taught to survive at an early age" says Mr. Bakarr, the CEO and Founder.
What we do is provide entertainment, marketing, promotions, advertising, club events, and media to the African community and those who would like to target the African community. We are giving Africa and Africans a
voice- a BIG voice but we have so much to say and had a limited way to say it; however we now have a way to do so. We do so much but there weren't many ways of bringing it out to the forefront, until now.
There are many African businesses, like markets, insurance agencies, mortgage companies, churches, people graduating from school, major news from back in Africa, U.S., U.K and around the world that people can benefit from but can't because of lack of media.In 2004 African Radio "The BIG Voice Of Africa" was established at a local Caribbean Radio fm station called choice 102.9fm and about a year later www.africanradioonline.com was born because we felt that we need a place to be heard and seen 100% of the time.
The African population is a big and growing one, we know that we are catergorized under the African American and black profile which is fine with us. However, we have our own identity and it needs to be seen, heard and felt. We believe both companies will lead in the revolution in bringing African media, music and entertainment in Africa, the United States, U.K. and beyond and give our people a BIG voice. We want to use African Radio to help put a spotlight also on our artist's, our actors, actresses, models and all those in the entertainment business so they benefit from their hard work and what they love to do so much.
In addition, we are putting a spotlight on what is going on back home in Africa and around the globe-the good and the bad. Thus educating people about this beautiful continent and its people and the BIG potential it

Sales Account Advertising Executive
Job Description: Call on and set up appointments to visit new and existing customers to open and renew contractw. Sell advertising space and ads to new and existing customers to what fit their wants and needs. You will be calling and visiting small to mid size businesses to set up appointment with them to give a presentation about what we have to offer to assist them in their business, you will have to make atleast 70 plus calls a day.
Candidate need to be able to meet their monthly goals and quotas, and must be persistent, aggressive and a goal getter. We are offering a great service and product to our customers show them that we can help them.
Pay: Currently we are offering commission for this position You will be given a 25% commission plus monthly bonuses on all new contracts and existing contracts that you renew. You will be an independent contractor, which means you will have no health, dental and may need to file a 1090.
This position has a potential to become a full employment and be eligible to receive a full salary, health, dental and stock options in the near future. It also has a potential to earn you 25,000 to 30,000 plus a year in commission with an opportunity to earn even more.
Business to Business Sales
Job Description: Call and set up appointments to visit new and existing business customers, such as stores, manufactures, companies, agents, franchise, fortune 100 to 1000 companies, corporate, mid size to big companies and set up appointment with them to give a presentation about what we have to offer to assist them in their business. Must set up least
5 to 10 appointments per week and attend all of them and close at least 80%. You will be given a monthly quota of amount of customers and revenue to bring in per month.
Pay: Currently we are offering commission for this position. You will be paid 35% commission of business you bring in and renew plus bonus and incentives. You will be an independent contractor which means you will have no health or dental and will have to file a 1090. This position has a potential to become a full employment and be eligible to receive a full salary, health, dental and stock options in the near future. It also has a potential to earn you about of 35,000 to $50,000 plus commission a year with an opportunity to earn even more.
